The Statewide Annual Transfer Articulation Conference, sponsored by the Iowa Community College Arts & Science Administrators and the Iowa Regent Universities, and hosted by the Liaison Advisory Committee on Transfer Students (LACTS), will take place virtually on Friday, February 6, 2026.
