Have you completed your AA degree?

Successfully earning an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from any community college in Iowa, Illinois, or Minnesota allows you to transfer to Iowa State University with junior status, fulfilling all first-year and sophomore general education requirements for programs in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences* and the Ivy College of Business**. Given the differences in AA degree requirements across states, it's essential to collaborate with an academic advisor for effective planning to meet these criteria.

*Liberal Arts and Sciences programs require specific credit hours in humanities and natural sciences—consult your ISU admissions counselor for details.

**Ivy College of Business programs require credits in ethics and global perspectives—reach out to your ISU admissions counselor for more information.
